FitWomen’s Nutrition Consultation was designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. We will work with you to create a balanced meal plan designed with your specific needs and preferences in mind. Our nutrition plans emphasize a balanced ratio of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins from a wide variety of wholesome, organic foods. We believe that every individual is unique and should be approached accordingly. Just as you are unique, so are your needs, and there is no one “rule” or doctrine that works well for everyone. There are many misconceptions about food, fats, supplements, and special of fad “diets”. We will help you navigate through the confusing messages portrayed by the media to help you discover what works for you, and to dispel certain myths about food and digestion. We are committed to teaching and empowering our clients to effectively incorporate healthy eating behaviors into their busy lives.

Nutrition 101 Learn the basics of nutrition and how you truly “are what you eat.” Learn how to analyze food labels, make smart choices at the grocery store, plan and prepare a balanced meal, and improve your general health through nutrition. This nutrition consultation includes new menu options, a list of healthy cooking resources, and tips on how to make your next trip to the grocery store a success.
Fuel For Seasoned Exercisers/Athletes Learn the nuts and bolts of fueling your body for specific sports. Explore how food and hydration affect your performance. This nutrition consultation includes a personalized plan to enhance your performance through nutrition, 1 sample menu, and a general understanding of nutrition. Information on dietary supplements and recommendations are also available. Nutrition and Disease Prevention Do you have a family history of diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or other lifestyle related diseases. Learn how proper nutrition can help you decrease your chances of developing various diseases. This consultation includes a personalized menu and specific recommendations to decrease your risk of developing weight and lifestyle related diseases.

Jill Isabelle is a certified personal trainer, certified nutritionist, holds multiple group fitness certifications including; Spinning®, Cardio Sport®, Cardio Kickboxing, is a 200 hour RYT, Registered Yoga Teacher working toward her 500 hour certification and is registered with the National Yoga Alliance. She has over 15 years of extensive experience working in the field of health, wellness and fitness, teaching group classes and offering nutritional counseling and fitness coaching as well as competition coaching.
