Group exercise is part of our balanced fitness approach and will teach you different ways to work out and stay motivated. FitWomen’s group fitness classes will include Mat Pilates, Yoga, Muscle Conditioning, Bootcamp,  Zumba and Cycling.

Sunday

  • Turbo Kick®If you love to dance, but need to let off a little extra steam, Turbo Kick is for you. Turbo Kick is one of Dancing Through Life’s favorite dance/aerobics classes. The exercise and dance class combines everything you love about dancing with all the benefits of kickboxing. With Turbo Kick, participants are able to have fun and enjoy the art of dance while burning hundreds of calories and getting out some raw emotion at the same time. with Sarah 10:00 am to 10:45 am

Monday

  • FIT Camp (Funtional Intensive TrainingThis class incorporates weight bearing and cardio activities using your own body weight and functional equipment. These exercises are developed to allow individuals to perform the activities of daily more easily and without injuries. with Jill 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Mat PilatesFlow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. with Katey 10:00 am to 11:00 am
  • TabataTabata takes you through intense intervals of different exercises to burn fat and strengthen every muscle group of the body. With 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest performed over four minutes, this class will give you a workout you’ll want more of. with Megan 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
  • Metabolic ConditioningMetabolic Conditioning is completing compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. FYI, your metabolism (aka metabolic rate) is how many calories your body burns at rest. This is a motivating way to not only burn calories during your workout, but afterwards as well. with Ashley 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm
  • Cardio Dance ChallengeThis class incorporates the rhythms of Zumba that you love with the added benefits of interval and strength training that you crave. The moves are easy to follow and instructor lead. Each set of moves focuses on working the entire body with quick spurts of energy, recovery, and athletic training. The focus is on working the body rather than getting caught up in complicated dance steps. Come and CHALLENGE yourself and treat yourself to music that will inspire and motivate you to keep going! with Ahna 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm

  • Cycle and Strength with Jill 7:00 am to 7:45 am Combines cardio on the cycle bikes and full body strength training. Designed to improve your cardio and overall strength!
  • Cycle and Strength with Amy 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Fit BodyCombining cardio, toning, and muscle development this strength and conditioning workout will challenge your muscular endurance, as well as your balance and core! with Megan 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • Straight Up StrengthFocused on toning all major muscle groups, while improving strength and definition, this class incorporates the use of a variety of equipment. Add this class to compliment your weekly workout routine. with Jill 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Classes will be held outside weather permitting. with Amy 8:15 am to 9:00 am
  • Light Aerobics and SculptThis class is great for women new to fitness. It combines low impact cardio with light strength training. Great for an overall body workout. with Nadine 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Mat PilatesFlow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. with Katey 10:00 am to 11:00 am
  • FW Barre Strength and FlexFW Barre will target all major muscle groups as Pilates, yoga, ballet, and core strengthening combine in this empowering and results focused class. with Ashley 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
  • InsanityWith Insanity you work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.
