Group exercise is part of our balanced fitness approach and will teach you different ways to work out and stay motivated. FitWomen’s group fitness classes  include Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre,  Bootcamp,  Zumba,  and Cycling.

Sunday

  • Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga is a unique sequence of postures aimed at strengthening the mind-body connection. Its hallmark is the emphasis on intuition over tradition. With its roots deep in classical yoga, it keeps its finger on the pulse of our time. You will not find a better workout, physical or spiritual. with Rachel 9:00 am to 10:00 am Class will not be held on March 27th
  • BootcampThis strength and cardio based class targets all your major muscles: the legs, glutes, the arms and the abs.  This class allows you to condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups. It is a high-impact full body training session. Movements are modified for all fitness levels. with Erika 10:00 am to 11:00 am Class will not be held on March 27th

Monday

  • FitBarreFitBarre combines ballet-inspired conditioning work with small isometric exercises that are designed to strengthen, tone and balance your entire body. Enjoy toning and resistance training, with core work and stretching to achieve long, lean strong muscles. This class tones your legs, sculpts your arms, flattens your abs and lift your butt. with Jill 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • TabataTabata takes you through intense intervals of different exercises to burn fat and strengthen every muscle group of the body. With 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest performed over four minutes, this class will give you a workout you’ll want more of. with Erika 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
  • Metabolic ConditioningMetabolic Conditioning is completing compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. FYI, your metabolism (aka metabolic rate) is how many calories your body burns at rest. This is a motivating way to not only burn calories during your workout, but afterwards as well. with Erika 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm
  • Zumba®Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba! with Ahna 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm
  • Barbell StrengthUses the barbell to train all major muscle groups with Ahna 6:15 pm to 6:45 pm

  • Mat PilatesFlow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. with Katey 10:00 am to 10:45 am
  • Fit BodyCombining cardio, toning, and muscle development this strength and conditioning workout will challenge your muscular endurance, as well as your balance and core! with Erika 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • Barre StretchBarre Stretch is a class designed to strengthen and stretch your whole body using balletic barre movements, light free weights and resistance bands. All levels welcome. with Ashley 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

This express class is a great way to get your day started! with Megan 6:45 am to 7:15 am Will not be held on April 21st or April 28th
  • Crazy CircuitsThis class will combine cardio and strength training intervals using weights and/or body weight to decrease body fat, burn calories, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. with Amy 9:00 am to 10:00 am
