Group exercise is part of our balanced fitness approach and will teach you different ways to work out and stay motivated. FitWomen’s group fitness classes will include Mat Pilates, Yoga, Muscle Conditioning, Bootcamp,  Zumba and Cycling (Cycling classes are $5 per class).
