So many members ask: “How can I lose my belly fat?” This program is designed with that goal in mind.

Blast Away Belly Fat

This Challenge Includes:

  • Initial weigh in, body composition analysis and circumference measurement
  • Weekly high intensity interval training programs for the treadmill, elliptical or bike
  • Weekly low sugar meal and snack options

Participants are required to do 5 days a week of high intensity interval training on the cardio, 3 days a week of strength training and to keep a food journal.

Launch meeting for this program is Sunday, January 3rd at 10am

Two Prizes Awarded: Most Body Fat Lost and Highest Participation
