This Challenge Includes:
Participants are required to do 5 days a week of high intensity interval training on the cardio, 3 days a week of strength training and to keep a food journal.
Launch meeting for this program is Sunday, January 3rd at 10am
Two Prizes Awarded: Most Body Fat Lost and Highest Participation
