For most of my adult life, exercise was not a priority for me. I would come home from work, drained from the beautiful and exhausting rollercoaster that is teaching high school, and contemplate how I’ll find the energy to do it all over again tomorrow. Every few years, I’d feel ambitious (usually around New Years Resolution season) and join a random gym….
